These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Resonovia website, store, products, content, and related services. Resonovia is operated by FT LLC. By using the Services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1 Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or use the Services with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. You may not transfer or sell your account.

2 Products and Intended Use

We make reasonable efforts to describe and display products accurately. Colors, packaging, accessories, and appearance may vary because of device settings, product updates, manufacturing batches, or lawful substitutions that do not materially reduce functionality. Product availability, specifications, bundles, and quantities may change without notice.

Frequency generators and related products sold by Resonovia are offered for general wellness, relaxation, educational, or personal-use purposes unless a product page expressly and lawfully states otherwise. They are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or professional care. Follow the product manual and all safety warnings. Review our Health and Product Disclaimer before use.

You are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for you and for using it only as directed. Stop using a product if you experience discomfort or an unexpected reaction and seek appropriate professional advice. Individual experiences vary, and we do not guarantee a particular wellness outcome.

3 Orders

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including product availability, suspected fraud, pricing or description errors, payment failure, shipping restrictions, or suspected resale. An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation or dispatch notice, depending on applicable law.

Review your items, quantity, contact details, and delivery address before submitting an order. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after fulfillment begins. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method.

4 Prices Taxes and Customs

Prices and promotions may change without notice. The price charged is the price shown at checkout when the order is submitted, subject to correction of an obvious error. Unless stated otherwise, displayed prices do not include shipping, import duties, customs charges, or taxes that are calculated or collected separately.

You are responsible for charges imposed by your country unless checkout expressly states that duties and taxes are prepaid or included. Refusing a shipment because of customs charges may result in deductions for return costs or nonrecoverable charges where permitted by law.

5 Payments and Billing

You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted and that the billing information is accurate. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. We do not control a bank's authorization decisions, exchange rates, or posting times. You agree to pay all charges shown at checkout, including applicable shipping and taxes.

6 Shipping and Delivery

Shipping, tracking, customs, delivery estimates, address corrections, failed delivery, and lost or damaged parcels are governed by our Shipping Policy at https://resonovia.com/policies/shipping-policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated as guaranteed.

For consumer purchases, risk of loss passes when the goods are delivered to you or a person you designate, except where applicable law provides otherwise. If you independently arrange a carrier that we did not offer, risk may pass when the goods are delivered to that carrier.

7 Returns Refunds and Warranties

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy at https://resonovia.com/policies/refund-policy. Any commercial warranty stated on a product page applies in addition to, and does not replace, rights that cannot legally be excluded. A commercial warranty does not cover ordinary wear, misuse, accidents, unauthorized modification, or failure to follow instructions unless the warranty or applicable law states otherwise.

8 Digital Content

Some orders may include downloadable guides, ebooks, audio, or other digital content. Digital content is licensed for the purchaser's personal, noncommercial use and is not sold or transferred. You may not reproduce, resell, share publicly, sublicense, or distribute it without written permission.

Where law permits, digital content becomes nonrefundable after download, access, or delivery. For consumers whose law provides a cooling-off right, we will obtain any consent and acknowledgment required before immediate digital delivery. A complimentary digital bonus does not by itself remove your right to return an eligible physical product.

9 Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions may have separate eligibility, timing, quantity, product, and combination rules. Unless stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash, applied after purchase, or combined. We may end or correct a promotion where permitted by law, but changes will not reduce rights attached to an order already accepted.

10 Intellectual Property

The Services and their text, graphics, photographs, video, audio, product guides, software, logos, trademarks, layout, and other content are owned by Resonovia, FT LLC, or their licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to use the Services for personal, lawful shopping and product use. No other right or license is granted.

You may not copy, scrape, republish, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit the Services or content without prior written permission, except where law expressly permits it.

11 Reviews Feedback and User Content

If you submit a review, image, video, suggestion, or other content, you confirm that it is truthful, based on your genuine experience, and does not infringe another person's rights. You grant us a worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, and display that content for operating and promoting the Services, subject to applicable privacy and advertising law.

You must disclose any incentive or material connection related to a review. We may moderate or remove content that is unlawful, deceptive, abusive, irrelevant, contains personal data, or violates these Terms. We are not required to publish or respond to submissions.

12 Third Party Services and Links

The Services may use or link to third-party platforms, payment providers, carriers, apps, social networks, and tools. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for third-party content or conduct, except to the extent responsibility cannot be excluded by law.

13 Shopify

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the commerce platform used to offer the Services. Purchases from Resonovia are transactions between you and FT LLC, not Shopify. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shopify is not responsible for products, order fulfillment, refunds, injuries, losses, or disputes arising from a purchase from us.

14 Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Services to

violate a law, regulation, court order, or another person's rights

submit false, fraudulent, misleading, abusive, defamatory, or unlawful content

introduce malware or interfere with the security, integrity, or operation of the Services

scrape, crawl, harvest, or collect data except through a lawful search engine or with written permission

impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation

circumvent purchase limits, access controls, consent tools, or security features

resell products where a product or promotion is expressly limited to personal or household use

send spam or use the Services for unauthorized advertising or solicitation

15 Suspension and Termination

We may restrict or end access to the Services if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created a security or fraud risk, or used the Services unlawfully. Termination does not affect rights or obligations that accrued earlier. Provisions intended by their nature to survive will remain in effect, including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnification, and dispute terms.

16 Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services and products are provided as is and as available, except for express product warranties and mandatory consumer guarantees. We do not promise that the website will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that a product will produce a particular personal result. Implied warranties are excluded only to the extent the law allows.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, guarantee, remedy, or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

17 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FT LLC, Resonovia, and their directors, members, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from the Services or products.

Where liability may lawfully be limited, our total aggregate liability for a claim relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence where liability cannot be limited, or any liability that applicable law prohibits us from limiting.

18 Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless FT LLC, Resonovia, and their affiliates, personnel, and service providers from third-party claims, losses, and reasonable legal costs arising from your unlawful use of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights. This section does not require a consumer to indemnify us for our own negligence or unlawful conduct.

19 Events Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier interruption, customs action, natural disaster, severe weather, war, civil disorder, epidemic, labor dispute, utility failure, cyberattack, or government action. We will still provide any notice, choice, refund, or remedy required by law.

20 Severability

If a provision of these Terms is unlawful or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent or severed, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

21 Waiver and Entire Agreement

A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and the policies incorporated by reference form the entire agreement about the Services and replace prior communications on the same subject, except for terms expressly agreed in writing or rights that cannot be waived.

22 Assignment

You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, reorganization, sale of assets, financing, or transfer of the business, subject to applicable law.

23 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts serving Sheridan County, Wyoming will have jurisdiction over disputes, except where mandatory consumer law allows or requires you to bring a claim in another forum or applies the law of your residence.

Before filing a formal claim, please contact resonoviacrew@gmail.com and provide a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue informally. This request does not shorten a legal deadline or prevent either party from seeking urgent relief.

24 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms for operational, legal, security, or regulatory reasons. The current version will be posted with a revised date. We will provide additional notice when required by law. Changes apply prospectively unless the law permits otherwise.
